    Did not expect a DYI project ? There are no holes at the top of the holder to pass the cord and there is no weight ? Instead there's another small dragon, which is cute but isn't heavy enough to make it flap its wings and not what is advertised.

    When I purchased this as a gift I didn't expect to have to put the entire thing together, drill holes, paint the tail fin red. Sure it's neat, but if I have to do all the work I might as well have just made one myself.
